Important Appointment Tips

To help you prepare for your service appointment, we have compiled the following tips:

1. To protect your belongings, please remove anything within 6 feet or so of the area in which we will be working.
2. To ensure that the appliance is thoroughly cooled for service, please discontinue use for at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
3. Please keep in mind that fall and winter can be incredibly busy for us. For the fastest annual service, try to schedule your appointment during our off-season (spring and summer).
